balancing as per layout.
Ensure time and
motion study for all styles.
Ensure optimum
utilization of man and machine.
Review operator
skill level monthly basis and ensure corrective action to train potential
worker.
Prepare
reconciliation report for each order.
Ensure combined
production report of fabric, cutting, print, embroidery, sewing, finishing
and shipment.
Ensure effective
communication with supply chain team for increasing productivity.
